If you enter the Valentine’s flowers giveaway, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them

1. The promoter of the giveaway is Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre, Unit 50 George Street, Oldham, OL1 1HD
2. The competition will open at 9am on 1^st February 2024 and close at midnight on the 11^th February 2024.
3. The giveaway is free to enter and the purchase of items at the shopping centre do not increase the chance of winning.
4. The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
5. Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the Centre)
6. No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these terms and conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Centre Manager’s decision shall be final.
7. Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
8. Winners of the giveaway may be required to participate in publicity relating to the prize draw which may include the use of their names, voices, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation.
9. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta.
